The Senior Research Associate will interact across the function groups of maize product development, trialing and trait integration to ensure resources are effectively used to achieve desired results of developing superior products while collecting high quality data. Duties/Responsibilities Manages day to day operations at the Cairo, GA maize research Center organizing the work flow across all projects. Conducts experiments adapting procedures as required. Plans new experiments in consultation with Research Scientist. Maintains or improves efficient daily work place operations. Summarizes experiments, manages and analyzes data and prepares reports.
