This position perform tasks associated with seed production and will supervise the work of seasonal workers. The Research Assistant assigned to this position will work primarily in Sampling and Seed Processing and will be responsible for leading sampling crews. The Research Assistant is expected to keep work areas clean and orderly and to suggest and assist with implementing process improvements. Duties/Responsibilities Support all phases of corn research field and lab operations at the Cairo center. Supervise assigned temporary and seasonal employees.
